Who is this workshop for?

Confidence in Action is designed for women who want to translate confidence into sustainable and consistent habits.

Do I need to have done Workshop 1 & 2?

No — attending the earlier workshops is not required. While this session builds on themes from the Confidence Series, it is designed so that all attendees will gain practical tools, insights, and actionable strategies they can apply immediately, regardless of where they’re starting.

What if I can’t attend live?

When you register, let us know if you can't attend live and we'll be sure to send you access to the replay so you can implement at your own pace!
