Q: How long will the course take me to complete?

A: The course can easily be completed in 2-3 hours with tools you can come back to for a lifetime & continue practising day in, day out. Sit down and complete it at once, or break it into sections to complete over a week.

Q: Is there a specific age this course is for?

A: This is different for every athlete, depending on what stage they are at on their journey; however, we suggest this course for athletes over the age of 13. The guided masterclass will help athletes work their way through the coursework.

Q: Do I need to feel confident before starting?

A: No. This is where confidence is built 💜
